i don't care what anyone thinks

i love avril lavigne. the old her.

ely: so do you like avril?
azalee: * :O face *..no.
ely: i mean before...
azalee: oh...yeah.

I don't know why, but I'm starting to think of the book hairstyles of the damned. my aunt gave me that book. I remember a part in the book where he's starting to fall in love with this girl...he asked her "so whats the first album you've ever gotten?" and she said "new kids on the block". He then said that that really impressed him because he thinks that's everyone's first album. The only thing that mattered is whether or not people chose to admit it. Needless to say, he ended up falling in love with her. Hairstyles of the Damned. It's a good book. Read it. Joe Meno. :)

Eric Avery Del Leola
The Anne Frank angle is what makes the album reach the height of interest it has reached. Love has a lot of barriers, many of them explored but one that hasn't so often is time. What if your soulmate died 30 years before your existence. That theme along with Jeff Mangum's lovely use of bizarre imagery and transparency in his lyrics makes it hard but rewarding listen. Yeah, Jacob is Jacobing whatever that means and why would your bro ever lost a girl like that. Smh.
