I saw the best minds of my generation destroyed by
madness....
starving
hysterical
naked

  1. This reminds me of a book I read not too long ago about world war 1. Its a really good book but I can't remember the tile ill let ya know when I get home. Its really sad at some point he says something along the lines of I'm 20 so incredibly young yet the only think I know is death.... because he had seen his friends die... death is the only thing. That breaks my heart. He saw all the horrors before he got to enjoy the beauties of life.. like falling in love.
Anyway, then I think of this poem that made fun of most people (me myself included although I think it is incredibly human) who would have liked to live in some ugly time or tragic event.. in the poem they're tlaking about the titanic...
Growing up during world war one would of been interesting.
